Dr. Donlon graduated from Cook College at Rutgers University with a double major in Biology and Nutrition. He then earned his doctorate degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry with Honors.

With over 32 years of experience, Dr. Mark Donlon has been in full-time private practice. His specializations include the diagnosis and treatment of Dry eye, blepharitis, meibomianitis, and Diabetic Retinopathy. Additionally, he is skilled in fitting specialty multifocal contact lenses and managing myopia. Dr. Donlon takes a holistic and integrative approach to eye care and systemic health.
An active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Central Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (CJSOP), Dr. Donlon also serves on the board of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians (NJSOP). He actively supports over 30 local and national charities, including the Seeing Eye Foundation and the Prevent Blindness Foundation.
Married with three children, Dr. Donlon comes from a family of nine children. He is a dedicated supporter of the Rutgers football, baseball, and basketball programs. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, cleaning, traveling, and maintaining an active lifestyle, with a keen interest in fitness and nutrition.

Dr. Elina Kosov grew up in Marlboro, New Jersey and received her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University in 2011. Then in 2015, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Then in 2015, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in sunny Fort Lauderdale, Florida. There she interned working closely with ophthalmologists treating patients for many ocular diseases including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, dry eye disease, and seeing pre/post-operative cataract surgery patients. She also has extensive experience fitting soft and hard contact lenses including multifocal and myopia control options.
Dr. Kosov loves getting to know her patients and taking the time to educate them on their ocular health. Her patience and very friendly manner make her patients feel like they are in good hands. She currently lives in her hometown of Marlboro and enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her Yorkie named Mona.
